Stay Safe at Casa Allay Premium Hotel Apartments

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are adhering to the latest guidance from the government authorities and the World Health Organization.

We have made changes to make sure our guests stay safe with a new standard of hotel cleanliness build on the best practices and protocols.

Safety & Well-Being Measures around the Premises

  • In order to comply with local ordinances, all guests are required to wear face masks while in the common areas of the hotel.
  • Personal Wellness Kit: Upon check-in, each guest will receive an amenity bag including hand sanitizer, face masks and disinfecting wipes.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers, touch less wherever possible, will be placed throughout the hotel for everyone’s use.
  • Common areas will be clearly marked with posted signage and floor decals to encourage appropriate physical distancing among guests who are not traveling together.
  • Enhanced Cleaning: We have implemented innovative disinfection technologies & additional cleaning procedures throughout the premises to thoroughly disinfect all areas with a key focus on high-touch surfaces using govt approved hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • Guest Rooms: 24 hours wait between stay. Your room will be unoccupied for at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
  • Housekeeping staff will be cleaning all guest room with an extra level of focus on 10 high touch deep clean areas like door handle, AC remote, television remote, bathroom surfaces, faucets, bed & bath amenities, closets, etc...
  • Contactless Service: To ensure safe stay and reduce the frequency of our associates entering your guest room, we offer contactless deliveries whenever possible and housekeeping service every third day of your stay.
  • We have also taken initiative to train our staffs and monitor their health conditions regularly.

How Can You Help Us

  • If you or anyone in your party are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, it is imperative that you inform our reception team immediately and stay in your room and wait for further instructions.
  • Wash hands thoroughly and regularly for at least 20 seconds throughout your visit and regularly sanitize your hands.
  • When you leave the hotel it is law that you wear your mask at all times. This includes taking public transport and moving around the streets.
  • When you re-enter the hotel please remember to sanitize your hands and freshen yourself up upon arrival.
