CANCELLATION AND REFUND

All bookings are nonrefundable bookings however if a cancellation is done within 4 hours of booking time booking amount will be refunded.

Amount will be refunded through electronic transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit).

Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and will be settled within 2 to 3 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Hotel Casa Allay Premium Homestay
